At Shake and Bake, I cultivate a wide variety of gourmet mushrooms including Lion’s Mane, Oyster, Turkey Tail, and more. My passion is sharing the incredible benefits of fungi — whether for medicinal purposes like boosting energy, supporting immunity, enhancing brain function, rejuvenating nerves, and even offering anti-cancer properties, or for culinary delights for chefs, vegans, and anyone who loves a good meal.
